Orders requested and confirmed are processed, delivered to the courier and delivered to the Customer within 1 working day from the day of confirmation. The Customer shall accept any possible extension of delivery time due to delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of ML 92 Ltd. The ordered goods shall be delivered in packaging suitable for their type.
In the event that, Customer wishes to have the shipment redirected to an address or office, they must pay for the additional service. If the shipment is redirected to another address due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by Customer , the additional service will be charged again.
The delivery price for orders under 150lv. with VAT to an Econt office, are calculated by the courier company according to the weight and the cash on delivery fee.
The risk of loss or damage to the Goods shall pass to the Customer at the time when the Customer or a third party appointed by the Customer, other than the Courier, accepts the Goods.
